Thanks for your question. :) Flipping a house means you buy a house that is run down and needs renovation. You fix it up and then sell it as quickly as possible for a higher price. That way you make a profit. Hope this helps! :)

Actually, yes! My husband and I have been working in the real estate industry as translators (German/English) for almost 15 years. I’m an English native speaker, but I know what it’s like to learn a second language (German). I've have given English coaching lessons to some of our real estate clients. We will definitely add that info in a video.😄
