I’m 39 years old been an entrepreneur all my life, I’m going to tell people in the comments this being young and highly successful it happens but not like that. Being any kind of entrepreneur takes time realistically speaking. The real why the kfc guy became a millionaire at 65 because this shit takes time, sure you have a few people that’s doing they thing but you have to be in this thing for the long run and go through all the emotions.

Realtor I was working with was saying that it would be hard to back out of deals within the inspection period if we don’t show we went to go look at the property. Is that true? Another question I have is it possible to find buyers that will go over your offer before you have it under contract? That was another concern I had.

This is a great come up story, but in what market is he in where he gets a deal on his second cold call and is on his way to 5 deals a month in the next few months? This is absolutely nuts. Most people's experience is cold calling for months without much traction.
