Good show. This tip is for Mychael, in addition to your tip for him to work social media. Prepare an online course( short but effective) covering what was talked about in this video. Google how to set this up as an affiliate program. Charge a very minimal fee for the strategy of acquiring foreclosed properties as you do. Market your affiliate program in a newsletter( free one online) The readers who love real estate can then make money by selling your affiliate program. This will enable you to get more exposure and find people who want to do what you do. You can then set up formalized zoom training and charge for participation. You don't have to do all this yourself. Your best resource would be someone like Max who can show you how to outsource these various tasks and accomplish this goal. Enjoyed the show Max. Great to see someone who loves what they do and helping others. I like the story about helping the woman to expunge her bankruptcy and sell her home.
