Used to work as a waiter in New Mexico and would dread when a table would order frajitas. The kitchen would be screaming at you to serve them immediately. Grease would pelt your face as you carried them out to the table and people would not move as you tried to put them down on the table. I must have burned my hand a thousand times on those skillets.

Like so many establishments downtown, they don't care if they serve good drinks and entrees, because they cater mostly to tourists, many of which will never return (who's going to complain?). They could care less about the locals, just making money. Oh, and by the way, so much of the Plaza is now owned by foreign interests, 😒

More statement turquoise jewelry was needed…basically Louise had the perfect look…coral/turquoise jewelry and leather cowboy jacket…in winter she’d be in an Overland Sheepskin jacket. The skit had more of a Real Housewives of San Antonio look, minus the Texas accents.

I grew up near Santa Fe, in Las Vegas New Mexico, and have spent a lot of time there…I was just trying to say that the set design etc. didn’t look like Santa Fe, but more like Texas. I live in New Mexico and I can attest to how real this sketch is. Everyone has a business or side hussle, everyone wears some leather (or want to), everyone wears some silver jewelry with turquoise (or want to), including rings. All the women wear their hair loose, and yes, all the men are eclectic 😂. Viva New Mexico!!!

Living in Santa Fe, this was hilarious, not terribly realist, but funny never-the-less. Also being from Sedona, the Stevie Nicks Fajita Roundup sketch was so rich! Now, have to say, even though Sedona had it's share of celebrities, I never knew of an association with Stevie, but she did have a home in Paradise Valley (Scottsdale) 😆
