I think you're misunderstanding things. By undoing all of Timmy's wishes, it's made that they never happened. So Poof would never have been born. And since Foop was only born because Poof was, he was never born, too.

Literally all that Cosmo would need to do is bring up one of his previous godkids. Maryann wished for Archduke Ferdinand to be assassinated. It’s arguable that she’s responsible for the Holocaust because of that. No WW1 means the conditions leading up to Hitler’s rise to power would not have been present. I feel like it’s hard to beat “literally caused the Holocaust” when it comes to bad wishes.

For context on Poof and Foop... Poof first appeared in the show's sixth season in the TV movie "Fairly OddBaby", where Wanda and Cosmo want a baby and so Timmy makes the wish. Due to it being a long one, you can probably imagine it goes through the pregnancy months as Cosmo (it's the male fairies who get pregnant) eventually gives birth to his and Wanda's son (and Timmy's fairy godbrother) Poof. He's rather special too since he was the first fairy baby born for thousands of years. Foop debuts a season later in 'Anti-Poof'. Not sure if you've heard of anti fairies, but they're basically like evil twins of fairies (might be wrong). Just about every fairy has an anti fairy, including Cosmo and Wanda, so when Poof was born it was only a matter of time before his anti counterpart arrives (Anti-Wanda is pregnant this time).

10:05, I can explain that. Cosmo and Wanda were sad that they couldn’t have a baby (long story) so Timmy wished for them to have one resulting in Poof being born but every fairy has an evil equivalent called an anti-fairy so it resulted in Foop being born to be Poof’s anti-fairy

A couple of weeks ago I ended up watching a several hour retrospective on the Wizards of Waverly Place and ran into a mini rant about the beginning of the fourth season when the main characters get summoned to Wizard Court, and just how badly written the whole situation was. I ended up discovering your channel right after and thought maybe to suggest looking at the case since it's on my mind. I haven't seen the trial itself in years but I do remember the whole thing felt cheap and biased.

Lawyers get (or at least this is the only one that makes sense) a bad rep because of one's who defend guilty people despite being guilty, like you found the murder weapon yourself and are concealing it to get them a non-guilty verdict for an extreme example Unless like it was self defense then that's fair, if they're going to wrongly convict someone for litterally defending themselves then it's only fair to ignore a law or two, they're Ignoring justice and ethics, the things the law is supposed to be built upon, to convict someone who had to defend themselves after all, the second they try convicting someone based on self-defense is the moment the law is thrown right out the window, To put it in another perspective, people in the military and police get to kill people as a major part of their job and are rewarded despite often killing innocents, but then your life gets ruined when you kill 1 *guilty* person Normally you shouldn't hide evidence but if they're convicting you for a crime that shouldn't be considered a crime it's hard to argue against forging or hiding evidence 13:31 an intent to save yourself isn't an intent to murder if that's the convincing that people need, and indifference to killing when it's to save yourself also is not intent, the intent is to survive I think there was a godchild who initiated world War 1 (there was an episode about the worst godchildren, and that's only for godchildren who belong to cosmo and Wanda, you can only assume that other fairies had even worse god children

Starting WW1 is crazy 😂 yes, while I could never be a criminal defense attorney (which is what most of your comment was referring to), I've learned more and more throughout the years about some of the motivations they have that are more positive, as opposed to getting guilty people to go free. Oh i should probably mention one teeny tiny itty bitty not so significant detail....timmy has to keep his fairies a secret from everyone else, or else he loses them. This was established since practically the first episode, or maybe even the first short, and trying to keep his fairies a secret was a source of conflict for multiple episodes of the show.

I personally believe Lawyers got that bad rep from TV and Movies, where the criminals lawyer will have personal information confirmed that they did commit the crime weather it be rape, murder kidnapping, whatever. Know they are guilty. And do everything within there power to get them off the hook with little more than a slap on the wrist "I understand my client has been accused of murdering 5 people in cold blood. But did you ever stop to think he may have had a troubled home life. Maybe he was abused himself. Perhaps the defendent instigated the encounter and it went horribly wrong. my client is innocent. No further questions" *the entire time knowing they are guilty because there client told them they did muder 5 people in cold blood* but hey as long as im getting paid a shit ton of money for my service, ill do whatever it takes so you walk free.
