What i felt as a +point for her is her confidence and that she really is calm and do not react too much on any question emotionally Her -ve point is that sometimes she contradicted her own statement..like when being asked what she will change in country as advisery to PM ..she mentioned the education and how students fly abroad...but at last she herself told that as alternate carrer she wud like to study her post graduate abroad...so i think we shud avoid such contradictions and stick to our real ideas

Being Garhwali and Indian 🇮🇳 I am proud to have people known in the elite defence forces whether it is Arny, Navy or Airforce.. Names already known.. The presiding officer's maturity, experience, and psychology matter most while conducting the interview. Although they have a set of questionnaires with them which help them to keep the track of interview in proper track, at the same time some questions are asked from candidate application which generally related to education, games, hobby, award, reward, and family background. A candidate who clears PPDT and OIR finally reaches for an SSB interview after clearing all GTO and other related tests. Remember that SSB recommends and not select. Lastly, it is the merit list which is based on vacancies.

Being recommended in all three forces, i would like to say that she has to follow simple rule which is to be crisp in her answers. They dont want good oraters only. She is a confident lady, which is a good thing. She should brush up her facts a little before going to the ssb. Her flow of english is quiet good. She is charming as well which is must for a ssb candidate. She is relaxed and calm. She should work more on rapid fire rounds. Rest is good. She will get recommended soon.

I can tell in the first 10 minutes itself about her lack of clarity in thoughts and there's more of beating about the bush rather than pure and simple crisp answers. She lacks in many aspects like general and defence awareness and even self awareness and needs a lot of improvement. The SSB is looking for a candidate who has clarity in his thoughts and is well aware about the defence forces as well as his motherland My score is 21. She has a tendency of beating around the bush. Her answers mismatch. She says something but when General Bhakuni sir probes further into it she changes her response, like she said her weak area was being short tempered and when sir probed into it she simply put it off by saying that she had a loud voice, this is the mismatch. Further, she said that she runs 100 metres race but later said that the last time she had run that much was in STD IX, again a mismatch. Also, she has slouch which suggests that she's not into sports. During the end General sir also had to cut her answers short as she was elaborating it too much. Rest I think she is smart, has good comm skills and has good awareness of her state.
