I still remember back in the day in one of these SWM videos where you had accidentally set your video recording resolution to 4k, but you changed it after a while because the file size would become massive. And now we finally have a 4.5-hour-long video in 4K. These changes might be subtle but really reflect on how you are slowly working your way up in life. Out of curiosity, why do you (presumably) prefer these over just putting in some white noise or similar sounds and doing your thing with that playing in the background? What would a recorded 8+ hour session do that this one (repeated as many times as needed) doesn't?

@@Gigusx Playing white noise in the background while studying is not working for me personally. Also I don't listen to the sounds from these videos. I've always mute them. I Usually put lofi beats in the background. When you see someone Infront of you study, you feel the same energy and motivation to do a task and rarely get bored.
