Yay! Good for him! I haven't been in the real estate business for too long. I have definitely noticed that business seems to be at a standstill right now. I think some buyers are sitting on the sidelines, waiting to see what's going to happen. It's an election year, and I think that has something to do with it-along with the changes to buyers' agents' compensation that are on the horizon. However, some agents consistently have business. I keep reminding myself not to compare myself to other agents. I'm not in a competition; I'm here to help customers if they want my help and to make money.
