Sweet potatoes are amazing….I just posted a video of carob, sweet potato, oat cookies. That’s one of the breakfasts my kids love. I make them ahead of time and it saves so much time on busy mornings. So great to hear Abe is loving the greens! My youngest sometimes asks if he can help himself to more cucumbers or tomatoes or baby carrots and i just love that his body and mouth love those healthy foods. I hear I’m constantly needing more food! We eat sooooo much!!!! My instapot is constantly going and we have groceries arriving at our doorstep every 3-4 days 😂😂

Hi Ami, another awesome video. Love watching your kids have so much fun. You mentioned your rebounder is really squeaky. If you put a couple of drops of 3-in-1 oil on the end of each spring it will help to quiet your rebounder. Looking forward to your next video. ❤

Congratulations on overcoming the tea habit! 👏🏻 Love seeing you with your babies. You are a wonderfully patient and loving Mom. Those burgers look so good with the Mayo. Going to give them a try soon! Thanks Ami!

I want to share a couple wfpb recipes with everyone that I’ve made recently that came out really good - Thai curry noodle soup..this one I came up with. I sautéed some red onion and mushrooms and then added some yellow bell pepper and chopped broccoli…sautéed everything and added a little curry powder and salt and then added some sliced Swiss chard and green onion (cilantro would be good too) and then made a paste with some curry paste, chopped garlic, miso paste, splash of soy sauce, splash of maple syrup and tamarind paste which is optional really. Thinned with some hot water, add to pot along with some rice noodles and half a block of cubed tofu and about 2-3 cups of water. Cover with lid bring to boil then simmer for about 5-10 min and your done. Serve with some more green onion or cilantro! And then the other recipe is for fermented chickpea cream cheese by chef Jana (she has a channel on KZbin) it’s right up Ami’s alley so I hope she sees this! ❤❤❤

Love this video and the summer fun your having with the kids. I also want to live life for life and fuel my body with good food and not make life about where I’m going to eat and what I’m going to eat but just living good experiences . As always good to see you Ami and babies

Another brilliant video - thank you. I use my rebounder more for building/toning so push down rather than bounce up - the resistance still gives a great workout but you’ve got more control, especially on hot days.

I have to ask why beans in ice-cream? Does it taste better or is it just healthier? I want to try it but I am skeptical 🫤
@jillponce7 Жыл бұрын
Its just to sneak in some plant protein goodness. Small enough quantities so as not to overwhelm the taste of the dish. I use a mix of chickpea and white beans, whatever I have left over in the fridge. The white beans can make it a tad creamier too.
