I make those bagels all the time...but I bake them in the oven and just form them into bagels - I kneed it a bit so it's firmer. Then I freeze them - 20 seconds in the micro and toast them - divine!!!!

Hii, so in your next WIEIAD, could you also try tracking your fiber intake? I'm only asking because I it's soooo difficult, to get 20 grams of fiber, and i need some inspiration on how to do that😅.

Chia seeds! 1 tbsp of chia seeds has around 10 g of fiber. I know a lot of people do Chia pudding. I personally buy Bai flavored drinks and pour 1tbsp of chia seeds in, let it soak for at least 30 minutes and then drink with my lunch or dinner. If you like fruit, pears and berries have around 5g of fiber per serving. I like to have oatmeal (around 4 g fiber) and mix in berries, so I can get around 8 g fiber with that meal alone. Beans are also great. I make a dense bean salad for my lunches for the week (tons of recipes on tik tok). 1 cup of beans will give you around 12 to 15g of fiber.
