In my first trimester carrots, cucumbers and dip made me so sick 🥺 so did salads 😭 finally in my second trimester and my morning sickness went away a few weeks ago so I should try again 😅

The things you eat will not affect your glucose test. Eating healthy won’t change the way your pancreas is functioning so don’t stress over that so much! With that said, obviously try to eat as “healthy” as you can for the sake of yourself and baby!

Be careful with using a fork/spoon on your pots and pans. It will scratch them 😩
