I feel you. My "casual" intermittent fasting helps a bit to control it but... it's hard when you love eating carbs, lives with two roommates and has a boyfriend who loves eating out (bonus- my roommates and my bf never gain any weight even if they eat junk a lot. I'm so jealous. Sigh... )

my day normally goes: breakfast: usually nothing but if i’m lucky some amla juice and cereal lunch: cheetos and a bag of six small cookies dinner: usually nothing but if i’m feeling extra scandalous a whole pizza or some mac and cheese. yh my diet is absolute garbage and i’m slowly killing my self but it’s okay.

I think your diet is just the right balance! You try to opt for nutritious options, but also don't restrict yummy foods. This also shows in your exercising, maybe it's just me, but I can see that you could find that great balance, where you have enough energy to workout and all that good stuff. And of course you look totally goregous! I'd like to find this balance of my own too one day 🙂

My what I eat in a day is typically... School Day: Breakfast: Vanilla greek yogurt parfait with nuts, blueberries, and raspberries. Lunch: Whole Wheat Avocado Sandwich+ Grapes. Dinner: White rice, green beans, beef, scrambled eggs, spinach. Weekend: Breakfast: Overnight oats- oats, yogurt, peanut butter, soy milk, nuts, fruits. Lunch: Noodles with eggs and tomatoes - carrots and celery for side Dinner: White Rice with broccoli, spicy tofu, potatoes, red onion.
