Hey! You will probably not see this, but it struck me while watching your workout since I am just in the middle of obtaining a PT license. I noticed that when doing lat pull downs you do full shoulder protraction at the top before pulling back down. This is okay if you want to target your rotatory cuff + teres major muscles (those around and beneath your shoulders that make your upper back appear wide), but it disengages your lats and can also create tension in your upper traps. If you want to target your lats more, try to focus on keeping the shoulders retracted, chest expanded upwards and elbows tucked in and I promise you will feel your lats way more :) Of course it totally depends on what your goal is with the exercise! Love the vid btw :)
