As I continue to learn how to cook, I love that I learn new ways of cutting things or adding spices while watching your videos! For example I just found a new way to cut an onion!

When I cut onion halves, after I get halfway across, I flip it a quarter turn to the right, so the edge that was the bottom becomes the left edge. Then I continue to cut from the right. This way, if the knife slips it will slide away from my left-hand fingers instead of towards them. Need all my digits for kettlebells!

Unrelated question: "Anyone else cramping post-workout?" Do you cramp-up towards the end of your workout or right after? What have you found to be effective? I've tried drinking electrolytes (high in sodium, potassium, magnesium etc) during & after working out, but I'm still cramping (only happens on workout days). I also hydrate sufficiently before, during & after. I'm wondering if it's creatine or citruline malate related? (both of which I take late in the evening right before bed). I'd appreciate any tips from anyone who's experienced this. Cheers!
