the warm-up exercise with leg to the side and arm lift is an interesting one, quite unique, activates muscles effectively. It's in other vids.

When recording your voice overs, you can add a compressor plugin which will level out your audio so you don’t have to go in an edit all the highs and lows.

THANK YOU for editing your sound and making sure the levels stays comfortable the whole video. 😁 It only takes a little work on a free software (like Audacity in the video), way more people should do it

Sophie! Using Audacity, try the 'compressor' effect. That should make quieter parts louder, and louder parts quieter. ~from a music producer / subscriber!

Another great video 😊 don't know if anyone else has responded about gnocchi but it's pronounced 'nokkee'. The 'g' is silent and who knows what's up with the 'cch'.

I appreciate you showing which products you use because I am very basic about my hair. I have 22" hair & don't like to color or cut it. I just had it cut yesterday after 1 year. I usually keep it braided or in a bun like you do to avoid it getting tangled or damaged. I have honestly been thinking about getting synthetic dred's because it keeps them braided since I keep it up most of the time anyways. The only reason I am more protective of it is because in 3 weeks I start chemo so I am going throu extreme anxiety so which me luck & thank you again!!!

What does hip thrust 4 x 6,8,10,12 mean? I feel so stupid asking i know 4 means sets but does it mean the first set do 8, second set do 8, 10, and 12?

Can you explain why you don't do full ROM in your deadlift? I mean hip extension. You stop at certain angle and not ''squeezing'' your glutes fully to stand upright.

it's pronounced "nee - o - key" (the G is silent and "ch" = K in Italian)

Gnocci = njokkie pronounced 😊 About your voice: i noticed it for a while, but thought it is something you do on purpose, so i never mentioned it. I also notice a lot of “gekraak” when your voice goes lower. As a nonverbal profiler i see clients who do this because there is a mental/ emotional blockage somewhere.
