In my opinion monotasking is far better than multi tasking instead of doing a lot of things we can just choose one task at one time moreover multitasking will also deteroite your focus so try to do monotasking not multitasking cuz i find it more effective and peaceful than multi tasking next thing you can do is just pick any book whether it's fiction or non fiction and read this will definitely gonna help you 💛😌

If I read a book or listen to a podcast, finding a book or listening to a podcast that attracts me, I am interested in, I can continue. If not, I don't force myself and I just give a short time to myself for reading or listening. That works for me.
