I went to your shop in Philly for the first time. And let me say I love you I’ve been following you for a while now and never went bc it’s west and I’m in the northeast. I was so excited bc I’ve been loving the fact of how you treat natural hair and I thought finally a shop where I don’t have to be embarrassed by my natural hair very thick very tangled very curly hair. Wrong! Yet again the indirect comments and unprofessional behavior of your stylist is why I would never come back. It is very important that stylist welcome all hair types. And whatever feeling they have it needs to be discussed after the clients leaves.
