I bet his wife and his Marshall would be practically running the country as Heile has no desire to be king. Because they are making the decisions, you can use their character traits instead 2. I'm wandering if your uncle, once King of Tahert as seems likely, will join the HRE. If so then I recommend becoming Emperor before disbanding it.

I think that RBG should declare independence from the HRE once he holds 80% of the 115 counties located in the Kingdoms of Aquitaine, Brittany, France and Burgundy. He should be able to create both the Kingdom of Brittany and the Kingdom of Burgundy at that point in time.. At that point RBG should be able to form the Empire of Francia. He will want to create the Empire of Francia so that his more powerful vassals don’t just create independence factions or plot against him due to having many territories/titles.

@@cjm9816 well he certainly did, with help of Emperor. He lucky at best, he can own more domain but didn't do so.
