Eddo and Sijan Curry Ingredients

3 large eddoes
approx. 3 sijan ( drumsticks )
2 tsp. curry powder
1tsp. roasted ground geera ( cumin )
1 tsp. garam masala
1/2 tsp. turmeric
1 medium onion
6 cloves garlic
1 stem scallion
pepper to taste
salt to taste

This looks good but I'll pass on the sijan that's a berbice ting we barely use that on the East coast didn't even know what sijan was until I came to Canada.
