Seeing your dog 🐶 in the water brought back those lovely memories of my German Shepherd (Sabre). He loved the water 💦 and was truly thankful that I was a very strong swimmer to enjoy 😊 those special times with him. His regular stamping ground was the local golf course and I always brought a ball 🏀 along. The golfers knew him as the dog 🐶 with a ball 🏀 in his mouth.. I played 'Fetch stick' with a genuine Australian 🇦🇺 returning boomerang which was a nice 👍 experience for both of us.

Hi Sam, you hit the nail on the head there in regards to legal aid. Ive never served time, I've never been arrested I have no criminal record, althought I have spent time in psychiatric hospital. I have no legal aid, I had my 3rd court date yesterday in regards to see my little boy. 5 people in the room, I was the only male. 3 female judges 1 female typer and 1 female cafcas officer. I one point I said, are you going to treat me fairly and give me the same opportunity to defend myself the same way my ex is allowed to defend herself, and because I said that, the face of these people, you could tell they have already made there decision. I havent seen my son in over 3 years because his mother is still very bitter about our relationship. This is common practise happening across the UK everyday, and it's unfair. Too many great men and fathers are killing themself because of this, they may have done absolutely nothing wrong in there life, done everything they supposed too, but if the woman wants to stop the father's she can do that in a clck of a heartbeat, regardless of his character, or whatever he brings to the table. Why should they be allowed to have that power, ruin one life and then indirectly ruin your child's because he wants to know who the father is. Somebody needs to do something

@@skywalker9603 yes same here. I’m divorced and all i asked my ex wife was despite what goes on between me and her is that she doesn’t stop me seeing my boys. And tbh honest the ex has never stopped me seeing them. Every other weekend with dad, Friday and Saturday nights in our “pizza and X box nights” and they love it👍🏼. Unfortunately not all men have had my experience. How women use their kids to get back at their ex is just beyond me?!?

@@skywalker9603 easy to say that but when you lose everything, not got a penny to rub together and legal aid for it has been abolished it doesnt matter what rights you have they are uniforcable outside of court. Hi guys. In the seventies in the District Court of Auckland, New Zealand there was a guy who to be fair, was a fat slob, with greasy hair who was also an entry level Lawyer who nobody hired and he got all his work through walking through the foyer outside the courtroom going, 'Legal Aid, Legal Aid!" he had a nick-name of Legal Aid Lange, Lange being his surname. After years lurking around the hallowed halls of Auckland justice he decided to have a go at running for Office, he had a weight reducing operation so was a shadow of his former self as it were. He won the seat he was going for and ended up as Prime Minister of New Zealand. Yup! The late David Lange, or as we always knew him, Legal Aid Lange.

The Labrador, a true water dog, possibly THE WATER DOG. look at his waggy tail as he is in the water! If you go to any body of water, b it a lake, canal, stream, river etc. The black Labrador will be the first one in. Next time you are playing with your Labrador, take time to look at his/her paws. You will see they are webbed, for swimming! Lovely story about Bieber. I remember a story about this creep on New Years day in the centre of Leeds with a gun. He was an American. HOABL

On the the subject of supermaxes in the UK I briefly worked at a precast concrete plant where they had a contract to produce at least eight thousand "single occupancy units" which were being delivered to Peterborough. On most sites/ factories there's a bit of banter but at this place there was a crew of 20/30 out of 500 men casting these. No jokes, nothing - most scary fucking things you ever saw - bed, desk, stool everything concrete. This was about 10 years ago and lowloaders were picking up 8 per day.

Surely everyone that needs it and can't afford to pay themselves should have legal aid provided. Whether you agree or not, equal representation is one of the cornerstones of our system. You shouldn't be able to say who can and can't have representation, at least in the first trial. After that, especially with Biebers case, no legal aid should have been used.

I liked him and found him funny although when I asked him where in America he was from he said he wasn't American and was actually Canadian. I thought this strange as a rumour I had heard was he was in the US marines at some point. He was unusual but I didn't think he would end up a cop killer. First time Ive heard his name since he killed the copper. He must have travelled far and wide.

Was just thinking about you Sam, just watched local teatime news (BBC Look North, York’s and Lincs) and there was a piece about the open prison in Boston where a prisoner (serving a sentence for sex offences) recently absconded from. There was a lady who was speaking on behalf of the POA saying that offices and the public are not being kept safe, because there is no physical security. Apparently 70% of the prisoners are considered ‘a risk to the public’ and half are in there for sexual offences (presumably schedule 1 offenders?). She was basically saying that too many people are being sent to open conditions, even when it’s not appropriate. Might be an interesting subject to hear your opinions on.👍🏻

Yes Sam..as i remember it the Green/Yellow suit is the E Man/Escape suite and the Blue/Yellow is the Bully suit...it may be different in certain prisons but throughout my time in HMP Birmingham and Strangeways and Stafford and a few others...thats what it was.

Disagree with your view on legal aid for asylum seekers. I believe every person is entitled to legal representation. There is an argument for a cap on the appeal process and funding but I have concerns that any revision would be abused by the establishment. I'm interested in your opinions on the death penalty and the appeal process. Due to the vast lawyer fees of an appeal process an execution actually costs more money than a life sentence.

Legal aid should be for the people who need it the most,NOT PRISONERS.And defiantly not for immigrants wanting a free ride in Great Briton
