Someone got shot half a block from the station near me and the cops from that station didn’t bother to show up before the dude had to get up and walk himself to the hospital, and I live in a good neighborhood

My friend got her car stolen not that long ago. The police not only came over and was rude to her and didn't seem like he cared. Then harassed her neighbor who literally just pulled in from work. Nothing came of it so he left. Tow trucked company ended up calling her because one of their guys found it in a nearby parking lot and found out it was targeted because it was stolen. So she got it back but the cops just made it more stressful.
