Princess Diana was special and we can all see how much of a strong & independent individual she was, despite being married into that frumpy imbred firm of Germans. Whether comforting aid stricken patients, homeless people and even small children sent to Britain during the chernobyal disaster. She comforted them all, shaking their hands all without gloves. She was fearless. She will never be forgotten, she was one of a kind. A great lady ❤

They forget to mention the tampon prince that admitted to the press his infidelity but not taking responsibility of course. She wasn't against the royal family on the contrary but she wasn't prepared to shut up and put up any longer. This summer when revealing the statue I hope they will praise her for her work and character that made her special. Very much hope that the artistic quality of the sculpture will do her justice. Charles and Camilla better be away and keep their mouth shut. He never had anything positive to say about her in the 24 years since her death. What an envious petty creature.

She's an inspiration to women who deal with infidelity. She tried for years, but she finally gave up and exposed his philandering. She got her own boyfriends instead of wallowing in the pain. I wish she hid more of it from her children, but I think her depression made that impossible.

My mum is a very balanced woman, she is always right (which was very annoying growing up) about people, so whatever her reason is, after 46 years around my mum, I know that it is a good reason. Besides, we can't all like everyone, and what is despise worthy to one person, is love worthy to another. I personally think that Diana did some good things and she was definitely poorly treated. Lady DiANA, the People's Princess. She was a REAL breath of Fresh Air in the Royal family (with all its pomp rigid protocols of "do this.. & don't do that") Lady Di could relate with the likes of us common folk & meet us on our level, unlike the prudish "Stuffy manner" of members of Royalty. As for DiK HEAD Charles? he lost all my respect for him! 1_ for not having the BACKbone to stand by Diana when she went thru post natal depression after birth of Prince William.. which led to her bout of Anorexia/Bulemia or whatever it's called. 2_ not sticking up for Diana & supporting her when the internal Royal establishment/"The Firm" chastised Diana for not sticking to protocols & so on. 3_ his extra marital BULLshit he played on Diana, with rottweiler Camilla, which he said was his real true Love from the beginning? IF that's true Why didn't he have the BACKbone, the guts & honesty right from the start to go after Camilla and make her his wife... before he met Lady Di ???? After the last time I hugged him and said I love you too. No more pain and bruises. He is a caring, loving and proud grandfather today.
