Beautiful, but a very different style of life from more commercial places on the planet - yes I called it backwater. I grew up on St. Thomas ages 11 to 20 1981 to 1990. The Baths are my most favorite place on Earth. Thanks Samantha!

I lived in the Virgin Island for 14 years. Had to leave in 2005 for medical reasons. I will always miss that place. You did a great job on the video, saw so much of my old life. Thank you.

Years ago I watched a beautiful, witty and charming young lady hosting a show called "Passport to Europe". I raised my hand when she asked who wanted to go to see Eze from Monaco, I laughed when she talked about being able to stuff a tight pear of jeans and was all chuckles about her comment by the statue of David. Then She disappeared. And now, after all these years, I have found her again by shear luck. Love the BVI! We honeymooned on St. Thomas and took a boat tour of the BVI. White Bay on Jost Van Dyke is so beautiful! The water was bluer than the sky! We loved the Baths! And you got drinks at the Soggy Dollar!!!
