So now I book off my lunch hour and either step away from the office or when working from home close my laptop and don't respond to anyone during that hour. Working on incorporating habits and things that calm me has really helped to reduce my anxiety with being overwhelmed all the time and reducing the weekly emotional breakdowns I used to have.

I have struggling for so long with Work-Life balance as well as setting boundaries in terms of customers and fellow employees having access to be outside of my "work hours". It fed into the notion of wanting to be everything for everyone and being a perfectionist and I had to learn and still practicing to not do that anymore. It is a work in progress because now I have to deal with the guilt.

Bathong Kat, are you a prophet of some sort???😅 Because this eis exactly what I am experiencing. Exhaustion at its best, and I don't think I exist to just work. There's no balance whatsoever.
