The Pulsar Programmer is an amazing tuner featuring simple installation and control over vehicle power levels. The Pulsar Programmer from Edge is an in-line computer that connects directly to the vehicle PCM with no additional wiring hardness. There is no modification necessary to the PCM for this installation.
The Pulsar Programmer has the ability to control performance levels using the vehicle's cruise control buttons on the steering wheel.
This programmer is now available in a kit with the Edge CS2, CTS2 or CTS3 Insight monitor. When they are paired together you have the ability to switch power levels on the monitor, monitor key vehicle parameters, and adjust tire size and gear ratio all controlled through the steering wheel controls.

The instruction say to put ground between washer and pulsar. That is probably why so many have issues with the pulsar throwing codes and killing truck. This the first video I’ve seen that grounds the pcm properly.

The only thing i would add here is that most new vehicles (last 8 yrs) don't like the battery being disconnected without a code saver on the system...a small 12v sorce Without this alot of systems won't come back online to the body control module

Are you able to have custom tunes installed on this unit? Also can you set what temp your electric fan come on?

I installed one on my 2019 classic ram 5.7 hemi engine. It does not seem to turn off the MDS in any of the settings, even MDS off

LOL no it's not. The 5th gen is an entirely new truck. New frame. Body. 4x4 front diff. Even the hub assem are 6 lug now. Only the engine (non etorque and rear dif are the same. Everything else is diff

​@@lawrencejoy9346 You can buy a similar unit for the 2009 - 2018 1500 and 2019+ 1500 Classic. I have one on my truck and it's great. Noticeable increase on MPG when in eco mode especially around town and some added performance in performance MDS off mode as well.
