Im from Mexico and im really happy to have the oportunity to listen and watch your videos, they have been such an important help for my calls in english, i have almosr 3 years assisting calls in spanish and now i have changed my lenguage to english because i have i full knowledge of the system we manage in the company however im still improving my english skills and this part has been a bit complicated because sometimes i dont sound as confident as i used to be in spanish, im doing my best everyday i wish to have a good control of the call, im also learning and improving my english, sometimes american customers are a bit rude with my accent i hope i can improve it to sound more natural for them
