Great input ma'am very precise and informative topic. All that what you've said was so true and really happening in an actual call on a daily basis. Tackle what do's and dont's during the call, the main thing is you must know the product itself, the tools the you've been using in this particular account that you wherein, know the company policies and the account in general. Overall if the agent consider of those things or factor it would be easy for him/her to take call in casual way. Btw thanks for the tip ma'am keep it up you help a lot of people that's who are new in this kind of career especially me😅😃👍👌best regards

Hello, Rea. Do you have a video for service mock call/nesting? Hmm scenario is customer will call kasi he or she received a wrong item or broken item. Any tips on how to handle it? And sample script. Thank you. 😊

Keep learning and moving forward. Practice mo pa yung tools nyo. Sanayan lang talaga yan sa navigation. The more you practice, the more you master it. 🙂
