I said I’d sleep when they put me in a box the same as you said and I was given a different look at life. I’m now the sick family member being dealt with. I’m 39 years old and the findings the last couple months are telling me I’ll never see another push off from the docks. It’s been 8 years since I’ve been out deep and I’ve accepted that was my last trip. Y’all boys enjoy and take care of yourselves.

Aw man I'm so sorry to hear that Josh. Thank you for watching. I'll be thinking of you

Reaper Fishing NJ bro don’t think of me I’ve lived a damn good life y’all go out and enjoy your own. It’s all about making memories with those we love most and I’ve done my fair share I promise that lol. I’ve put this body in the shape it’s in by making memories and few accidents along the way. I honestly don’t think I could handle standing on a boat and fishing like that anymore but I’d probably give it a try because I do love it but I’d pay for it. I used to love fishing bass tournaments and I can’t even handle that grind anymore. It’s life man and I’ve had a damn good one this far and I wouldn’t change a thing. Keep up the great vids man and enjoy the time you have cause you never know when it’ll change, cherish every single moment good or bad because on the end you’re still doing what you love.

Love your videos- just went out today to the triple wrecks which is about 10miles short of the tip of the Hudson. Lots of life with big bluefin on top. Was able to get our two unders but no over. Overall a good trip just needed that over to complete the trip. Keep up the awesome videos!!

Reaper, my son and I are just getting started with new boat , love your videos, you make it look effortless. Leaving out of GE inlet. Looking to get into some mahi within 20 miles. 23’ center console. How close do they come. Also, how do you find lobster pots. Is it just a hunting game or is there something I can look up. Looking to find a starting point and go from there. Lmk if you would. Tight lines. Keep the vids coming.
@reaperfishingnj86234 жыл бұрын
SOmetimes they come as close as 5 miles. But 15-30 is a good rule of thumb. THere are pots about 18 miles out of Atlantic City. There's also some near the reefs and wrecks.

enjoyed the vid, and the views from the drone are excellent, just one criticism, im very selfish i want to see you do well for years to-come so do this old salt a favour will you? look after yourself and get enough sleep Bro, i now in the near future its all going to kick off, huge Mako, Tuna, and i want to see it, im not being a dick, just want you to do well = big fish, also a big thumbs up for keeping a few returning a few, excellent.
@reaperfishingnj86234 жыл бұрын
Thanks so much for watching Jon!! I definetely catch up on sleep in between the fishing marathons. Thanks so much for the advice. I'm so used to having little sleep it doesn't affect me so much. Luckily Zac usually grabs sleep on the overnighters so he runs the boat on the way back in on day 2 and I can sleep a bit.

How do you like your Bluefin Tuna ? Ceviche/seared ?
@reaperfishingnj86234 ай бұрын
it's good so many different ways. I eat it raw as sashimi. I make my own sushi. I'll cook it on grill, pan sear, etc. It's just fattier with a different taste then yellowfin
