Rear brake disc replacement on a Suzuki GSXR750

That adjustable spanner I discovered a correct way to use it. When you first use it, is not the best way to be using it. Better to push/pull towards the adjuster. When it comes to re-seating the pistons, I like to open the nipple and allow the fluid an easy escape router rather than go against the reservoir. You never know if the thing has been overfilled and you could be fighting the cap and diaphragm in there.

The 2 bolts you took out the calliper you said were dry and had no thread lock…Did you actually mean thread lock or a copper compound?

Andy my stater and my rectifier connectors burnt and can't use the connectors can you show me how to rewire it please. I have a 98 gsxr 750

Andy, it came off easy. What mileage has this bike done? Are you going to do oil, filters and plugs soon?

I think the bike has done around 94k miles if I remember correctly. Engine was serviced before it left Canada but Sarah doesn't think the spark plugs were changed so we will definitely be doing a video on that and another changing the brake fluid too. Cheers Andy
