Rear Disc Conversions - What You Need to Know

Hello, sorry I have a 1992 4.9 L Ford F-150 6 inline pickup truck Rear Gawr 3166 LB and Total GVWR 5450 LB and I want to convert it from drum brakes to disc brakes. Could you tell me which are the ideal brake discs to use in this truck, please. Thanks.

Great video. I have a mid 70s truck 12 bolt I need to modify from 6 lugs to 5 on 4-1/2 and convert the big drums to smaller disc brakes to fit 15" rims. I have no idea what kit will work with the necessary parts. Can you help me out?.
