Rear Shock Mod - ER5 and other bikes

I need stronger shocks for my weight, maybe you know from what other used motorcycle model I could bolt on stronger shocks?

Hey Matt, is the difference in size between the OD of the mount and the ID of the bushing to allow for a metal sleeve to go down the middle of the bushing?

If there was its very very tight - I'd say from memory about 1mm included.

Would acetyl be a step beyond upgrading to say poly bushes as is common in cars "hush my dirty mouth!", in other words could poly be considered a compromise between standard rubber mounts and your machined plastic? Cheers, M

No, polycarbonate is the baddy of plastics. Poly would be the upgrade to POM, I wanted black and black poly is expensive as it usually comes in clear

Talking about suspension... Dose anyone know of a yoke that will hold and inverted front fork but will fit a ER500 frame??? I ask because I have some KLE forks that I want to put on the ER500. Thanks
