It self identifies as an impact socket.

Quick story. On my 2007 Honda CR-V it developed a hi-speed whine/groan noise at 40 MPH and above. Had my mechanic look at it and put in on the lift thinking too it was rear bearings. But they claimed it was the rear differential in the AWD system starting to go out. Paid for a drain and refill of the differential as it was time for that service anyway. The noise lessened maybe a little but the real culprit were the tires. I happened across some OEM alloy wheels from the local pick-your-part yard some months later and swapped those out and much to my surprise the whine disappeared.

@dcbc991 it's crazy what will cause some noises or vibrations. So I have stock wheels with some 35s on the truck. I actually had another vibration pop up 2 days ago crawled under the truck and my u-joint at the rear axle is going out now. Truck has over 200k on it so I expect to be doing maintenance items like this.
