Hi, I have 3 questions regarding point 8. 1 : Mr. A had a FIR registered against him (Lockdown violation u/s 188 IPC) and the case was resolved in court after paying a fine. will the answer to question that whether Mr. A have been ever convicted or committed a crime in country be yes ? 2. Due to corona virus lockdown passport office again closed in my country... Is it going to be an issue creating our EE profile without updating our passport (Marital Status and present address) ? Or we should wait .. To reduce complications try updating your passport before you accept your ITA But you can make your express entry profile with your old passport and update it once you get a new one

Dear couple, Received ITA then ADR for Additional Family Information was asked by IRCC. Submitted same day itself and appears uploaded in the EE profile- but also showing not submitted to IRCC. After a week, received message in EE profile - IRCC hasn’t received my update and PR application had been rejected due to being incomplete. Contacted IRCC informing them of the situation, a week ago. As long as your 'reference letter' has 'ALL' details that the IRCC has asked to see and additionally if you mention in the reference letter that the salary was paid in cash, you are good to go. Because the only mandatory requirement to prove your experience is the reference letter containing all information that they have asked for. All other documentation (salary slips, etc) is then nothing but optional, supporting documentation which you may or may not provide.

Being a primary applicant, my marriage certificate has my name mentioned as 'Sandip' but my passport has given_name as 'SANDIP NARENDRABHAI' and Surname as PATEL. So do I need to apply any correction in my name field of certificate? Try to get cash memos. Companies that pay cash salary would usually be willing to pay cash memos to you. Hope this helps :)
