If you have done that, you must believe that enough information has already been presented to prove guilt. The facts are that her accusations were vague. She couldn’t remember when or where it happened and the people who she named couldn’t corroborate her claims. As for drinking, maybe he lied about that, but a Supreme Court appointment is political. It doesn’t seem relevant to me. I would assume that you don’t consider Judge Brown Jackson being obtuse about what a woman is relevant. But her supporters are in power so she’s getting the job. That’s how this works.

It seemed thoroughly explained and is a case of the justice system having to do the work of congress where they have to jerry rig a sentencing for a crime that has no law written for it in this case the sharing of nudes in high school. This is cheese pizza, legally speaking however it feels like there should be some discretion with how each case is handled and congress doesn't seem interested in dealing with this sticky and complicated issue.

Because the Republicans don't want to, and the Democrats only care that she's a black woman. Her defending Gitmo detainees should be universally respected. Everyone deserves full representation under the law, and it's a disservice to the spirit of it if you don't defend your client to the full extent of it. With those boundaries in place, you seek to make the world better by making yourself better and not force others to. Yet, at the risk of being self contradictory, libertarianism all too often seeks to justify one's own vices such as smoking pot and having abortions.

Generalizations of a party who have a history of attacking a nomination, is not the same as a character smear of the nomination. These jokes are fairly weak and any person who considers themselves libertarian shouldn't care for this judicial nomination. Bringing up Democrats handling of judicial nominations for decades is good to refresh the public. Just because of takes like these. The false equivalencies and the memories of gold fish type "takes". Starts to get humorous a few minutes into the video as it's clear you're just quote dropping to make jokes. The beginning has clear political impressions being made. Then you go right back to it near the end. Ted Cruz is seriously the Senator you think is the biggest problem in the Senate? I noticed not a single personal attack is addressed to Democrats.

Hey, that “in Jersey?” (regarding cattle) comment was a low blow. New Jersey, when I lived there in 1981, was the 3rd largest dairy state. So had cattle, mostly cows (err bovines assigned as female at birth for the millis and gen z reading this), and steaks were pretty good too. So yeah, cattle in Jersey was a real thing, …3 decades ago. Now?
