Kinda like here in Denver where there is no law against taking a shit on the sidewalk. You would think that there would be one, but sadly there isn’t. "Our democracy is on trial." Democracy deserves to be put on trial. Each and every voter to answer for their actions in supporting and condoning the voting process and its outcome with no anonymity allowed. There is no place for democracy in law and justice. The court is supposed to be the last place left where a majority opinion in of itself holds no value, nor sway over what is true.

Congress clearly doesn't remember what they are actually elected to do. They are to make the laws of the land. The executive branch enforces those laws and can use veto power to send the laws back to congress. The judicial branch interprets the law. Even if the judicial branch switches on Roe v Wade (that abortion is protected under the law) the legislative branch (congress) could make a law legalizing abortion and it would be so because they make the law. Even if the judicial branch strikes down Roe V Wade and the legislative branch is unable to accomplish anything (like usual) the decision will then fall to the states and many would legalize abortion. The judicial branch shouldn't make law or policy however congress is so inept at doing it they seem to be forced.
