I still remember I was just a kid renting all of the Reba tapes I could from the library. She was my very favorite artist. I remember being in my room in the basement, hearing this song for the first time. Her vocals gave me chills and the song was so good. It's kinda amazing how little I knew back then and how relevant one of my favorite songs would come into play now 30 years later.

I can relate to this song especially around 2012 after my late ex husband left me for another woman. He got a hold of me after I remarried year's later begging me to come back to him. I told him no thank you not going down that road again to someone who loves his alcohol and women.
