The objectification of the fake "I love you", is what got me. I felt like an absolute slave while in my mind I was confused about what love really was. Still am confused. And when you talk about the trust... it was a big thing for them but that hid that I could not trust them one single bit. I am still working on that one.

This is tremendously enlightening, because I was mainly abused through these communications that I believed on face value. I did NOT KNOW that it was okay to have needs and be a whole person in a relationship. This is brand new to me!!! This is me learning exactly how I went into slave mode for two narc parents. You are a SMART GIRL. You are the one I wanted to be to bring this idea forward. I can't tell you how important it is to hear this information by now in my life. It feels like life and death as I come out of narc abuse.

When I got my life straightedge out I learned that I had so many narcissists in my life good thing I keep getting reminded with videos like this they are still out there so it's good to be reminded they are sneaky so I got to let my guard down to meet someone but I can quickly catch the clues and drop one before one can do any damage

I get that "you interrupted me" can be used to destabilize someone. But some will always interrupt you for the same reason. As a tactic to diverge you, to confuse you so that you lose your original train of thought.

“Respectfully” I have heard before as they had to hang up phone and not listen to my feelings on an issue. Gaslighting. “Forget about the past” I have gotten a lot. Why did I re-contact this person with all this craziness? I got an entire email back of all gaslighting. I did not even argue at that point. Just said I didnt see it that way and I know what I have experienced. I am strong and wise and believe in myself. Am still irked by it all. And I brought up my main issue for 10 plus months and she is asking me the main issue and then addresses it some with much gaslighting. Lies. Defense. More so. Forget bringing up feelings! They attack back. The situation has affected me a good year. She got mad I cut her off which was no contact. Not same in my opinion. And I did not deliver a medical item she needed-that another narcissistic friend tried to get me to do her errand knowing I struggled with the friendship. Now I am hated and selfish not delivering that while in no contact. This is exhausting. I want to live in a cabin in the woods alone.

Exhausting you is the m.o. And then you just reem the sh!t you're having to contend with to healthy people (and police!) and they think *you're* the crazy one. Don't even get in the ditch to begin with, anymore. Just walk away. If anyone accuses you, of "x", just say "yup!" and move onwards and upwards. Screw them and their enablers. Bless the enablers for standing up to be counted. Now you know who else to avoid. Cheers.

Once had Narc not "take" me into a Restaurant bc he saw his "psycho ex" car in the parking lot & he wanted to "protect" me from her acting out all crazy at us in a public Restaurant. OMG, this was over 20 years ago & your video today just made me realize the manipulation!! So glad I've escaped

Definitely understanding the situation, mind Games Narcissists Play using Unlawful Communication and Servants 24hrs a Day watching you knowing your every move I have been through a Divorce I was married to a Covert Narcissist and I worked for a Malignant Grandios Narcissistic Construction Company and I am still dealing with Narcissists for 12years now and I understand Narcissism and I know all of their tactics and I have set boundaries and the best thing for me is I'm retired and I have my own Schedule because when I was working and I didn't get very good rest and sleep a night I feel bad for others if they are dealing with the similar situation and issues and I did retire early and lucky for me I can afford to and I have found out I have cancer anyway. Doug I just got out at 54 years age. I am still working. I can't retire because money because poor life choices which were often made under duress due to the no sleep since age of 16 working after school 5 nights per week until 1:30 am. I continued the pattern of running into the next grueling scenario of work with long commute times for decades , and low pay doing all the extra work , and personal life caring for other people , even for invalids twice. All the while under attack by the Narks in my life. So much pain. Had some fun where I could though.

@@RebeccaZungEsq I watch your videos and have my four kids by my side supporting me. All five of us have suffered trauma for seventeen years. It wasn't until he ended our marriage and treated us worse the last few months because he was cheating, that I felt like we couldn't get out of our nightmare. When I started watching your videos, everything started making sense. I started the divorce, because of events he prompted and the kids and I are starting to slowly heal, with the help of your advice. I honestly didn't know what a narcissist was, until I heard your explanations. It's an uphill battle because he'll never change, but I know we can get through this. Thank you for your help, everything you talk about is spot on and we know how to deal with it. I just wish it didn't take so much time and money to get through this process, he's drained so much out of me that I sometimes feel like I'm still drowning. Please keep on with your wonderful videos and I hope more people can start to heal with your words of wisdom. I have a great lawyer, but he can only do so much with what I can afford to pay for.
