Documenting goes no where. I 've showed my manager of the two narcs documents in my department are the manager is scared of bullies so they will always take their side. They do it behind my back at work, by, mobbing me and by gaslighting me on all six hospital sites for over 12 years defamation of character. This is criminal I try not to re-act and don't defend myself. more and more. 95% are full of insecure and toxic people at work. I blame HR for removing disciplinary measure 20 years ago in the health care since they are afraid of bullies slashing tires etc. Been working there 38 years top worker. No one wants to gang on them since they are all scared to report them.

Healing ur own trauma helps as well as realizing that people we call narcissists or who have narcissistic traits/tendencies are in a way mentally handicapped

My husband kept telling me as we struggled with my daughter's significant other that he was mentally ill. We didn't have a definitive diagnosis until few days ago but last 8-9 years have been..😮. My health has been affected. You're right. They are mentally handicapped.

Sometimes it is the observing that drives me the most nuts. My Narc is also an undiagnosed alcoholic (aka heavy drinker, using it to hide behind). So destroys peace and general life like an angry baby elephant all night every night. Accidentally on purpose. It is my home and I won’t leave because he can not behave.

Since I’m low on funds and there’s just too much BS to sift through, this is the main reason I consult these videos. To confirm that they can’t be fixed, because they NEVER look at themselves for more than a couple seconds. (Of course, when they do this, all that self-hatred gets immediately projected at you in the form of shame.) They are the only ones who can work on them and since they think they do nothing wrong or always have the perfect little justifications for their own toxicity, they’ll never be fixed. They will only be wounded more and more by their own self-sabotage until they are utterly alone and ruined. Of course, when this happens, they will double down on shaming and smearing you, but their time is short. It’s that last little “grand” finale before their show is over and everyone goes home and they’re left to clean up their own f-ing mess. Just desserts if you ask me.

I can behave extremely well , I have not any reaction to the abusive behaviour ,but after two years abusive relationship not explaining my anger, my hands started to paralise, my legs as well.; I believed that I never can walk . I think that it easier to accept if he makes us crazy than to go to surgery. I still was lucky, my moother made cancer in toxic relationship. My advise be crazy be agressive and leave fast. It is not healthy to not have reaction against the abusive behavior.
