I'm investing in myself for the first time at 52 y.o. I met with personal trainer and want to feel stronger. Weight loss would be great, but more than anything I want to feel good about myself. Today, for a second, when I realized I was taking care of myself by exercising, I realized that I am enough. Taking care of myself felt natural for the first time. I'm starting to find out what it means to love myself. It's like the sun slowly rising.

I love this! Keep up the good work. Start slow and don't be afraid to say that you are worth it and amazing. Say it in the mirror to yourself. You will eventually believe it.

These two ladies have both admitted to being on Ozempic, and here they are discussing losing weight in a healthy way... Seriously?

Age 51 here. While a trainer is helpful and motivating, just be your own trainer. Learn proper form and then go from there. This is YOUR life, YOUR body, and YOUR story. Daily exercise will increase endorphins, but ultimately your self-worth is what will determine whether you make fitness a temporary thing or a lifestyle. Believe in yourself! You deserve this!

I for one am so tired of Oprah harping on about weight loss / gain! There is no shame to using weight lose products but just don't lie about using them and making out that your weight lose has been achieved in a natural way. Why is society obsessed with 'thin' and prompting the myth that 'thin' makes you happy. This is simply not true. We need honest and open conversation to our young children that they are perfect just as they are and we need to concentrate on being kind and fair and non-judgmental. What kind of society are we, that we are taking a drug that may cause Thyroid cancer, Pancreatitis and who know what else in the long term, just to be 'thin'. Being thin does not help us find 'self love', 'self love' is so much more than how we look. These two women are so self absorbed. I use to love Oprah but she is now in the most dangerous zone of all and that is that she has started to believe her own press and starting to act as if she is some kind of demi-God.

I joined WW in 2001. I have been lifetime since 2003. The program did work for me. I cancelled my membership last week. It no longer serves me. I truly think I’ve picked up a lot of unhealthy habits and some eating disorders from WW. Wishing you all the best but listen carefully to your own body.

Love her but I believe she should be honest if you used Ozempic or not.
