I have been rebounding for a week now! Yesterday & today, I completed the 1st 3 videos from your new South Dakota series! Amazing workout, you ladies are great! I'm so proud of myself! This was my first day on the 20min video and while I did have to use some of the rest periods to fully rest, I still managed a min of 30 seconds health bouncing during the rests. Yes! This program has been a great way to see progress. My plan is to at least get to 30mins before starting the weekly live videos that incorporate weights, but I am enjoying the journey so far ❤️ Thanks Nikki and team!

Thank you for putting the first 3 Couch to 5k on line for free, as soon as I’ve mastered the 3rd session I will be joining the members group. I’m new to rebounding, bought a relatively cheep spring rebounder, hoping to purchase the Bellicon during the Black Friday sales (apparently it’s usually15% off). I've been rebounding since April so I thought to myself - I'll do episodes 1-3 in one hit and see how I do. WOW. I loved it but really showed that the increased On time is challenging for me! Thank you for the new motivation, I'll be rolling back through these first three until I'm confident to move into the 4th (probably by itself that time!). Again, thank you for everything you and the girls do for all of us!

Did pretty good on this except when it came to full jack kicks. Definitely had to modify. Will need to practice. I did some with just kicks, some with arm movement just not overhead. I slowed down the movements down some by not doing the full jack. I can do them without throwing in kick though.

Those were tricky! As you can see from the video...several people in the group struggled with those. Do what you can and modify as needed!

It's always best to talk with your doctor before starting any exercise program, but many people do rebound with osteoporosis.
