I love your rebounder workouts! This was another excellent total body workout, I love the incorporation of weights with the arms. Your ab section always is quite challenging for me, for some reason I felt this set in my quads (I think I may have overworked them yesterday), I had to modify quite a bit. Thank you so much Linda :-)

the abs segment does hit the quads a bit because of the extra elevation. If you really focus on tucking your hips and thinking about the movement coming from your lower abs it will help 😊

Just a note to share - I think the inversions aren't safe on a trampoline with straight legs. Curved leg trampolines offer the stability and counter balance. Easy enough to do those exercises standing instead. Thanks Linda, enjoyed this workout!

I love you Linda….More rebounder workouts please especially since in India all gyms are closed and we need short tough cardio. Also, ANY TIPS FOR REDUCING CELLULITE AND MUSCLE ATROPHY. I am 46 and per menopausal so Im noticing tons of cellulite even though I'm off all refined foods, lactose and red meat. Please advice. BECAUSE U ARE AGLESS and YOUR SPIRIT IS SO RADIANT. love n light to you.

Your body adapts to whatever exercise you do on a regular basis so just keep switching things up. Also a booty band/resistance loop and ankle weights are great to increase the intensity of most workouts and will target all the areas that have cellulite. Hope that helps 😄

yes, you can rebound every day! Listen to your body though, if you find you are getting sore from repetitive motions then have some days off doing other things. The duration all depends on your goals 😊
