I recently found your channel while looking into Rebounding. I am 2 1/2 years post Breast Cancer Survivor and deal with other pain/energy health related issues. I have tried and struggled with multiple types of exercise for years. Once I was under a Physicians referred type gym program and my Dr told me to quit because of the pain/injuries it was causing. You can't imagine how frustrating it is to want to do something to better your health and then try and then be told to stop. I ordered a Bcan 40" w/bar which is due to arrive this Saturday. (I saw you video of reviews for several types to decide) I am excited and nervous to try it, but all the Rebounding videos I see everyone enjoying themselves. I am hoping this will help me and I love it. I saved this video for when mine arrives. Thanks.

It's really addictive. I've only had mine for a week if that long. I'm not a stranger to workouts and pretty good ones, but 5 minutes on the Rebounder made me sore. Lol. The bcan is gonna be a lot more firmer so it's not as hard. You use more muscles with a softer balance for stability and I chose the akon. I did find A Bcan on Facebook marketplace. So I did purchase it for friends if they wanna work out with me. The beacon is a lot like the floor but the slightly softer step. It's easier to keep time the bcan. I had a friend workout with me yesterday for just a few minutes. And she's much heavier frame than I am. She got a better bounce than me. So it worked out perfect. When we worked out for between five and ten minutes. We did a 5 minute video than played around. It was so much fun. We both were sore for a couple days.

I can relate. I have lymphoma (which is in remission) and I struggle with a total lack of energy and poor balance. I am currently waiting for a Bellicon rebounder with T-bar. I’m really hoping this substantial investment will help me with lymphatic drainage and build some stamina (and joy). Good luck to us both.

Best wishes and I hope your rebounder helps you feel better. I’m a retired 57 yo female and I also found these videos very helpful. I received my Leaps and Rebounds rebounder a few days ago and am slowly getting used to it 😊

I'm a female, 62, just starting out on a rebounder, can't get my arms AND legs both moving to the beat at the SAME time; this was perfect! I modified it a bit so that I was at least moving the whole time. Great tempo for me. Thank you so much!

I absolutely love that this is such an easy workout that there's no expense explanation needed but I highly recommend for those who are beginners to actually find videos where they explain what you're doing and why the rebound is so good… This young lady is doing a very well Routine, simple routine and it's gonna make your body feel amazing when you do it… I encourage you as a beginner to check out an owl here on KZbin. She said she's good as well and she has so many different ways of explaining the workouts and her music is good and she is simple, but you feel like you got to work out when you're done.

I love your workouts so much! I think it would be so much fun if you did an early 2000s Emo dance party workout - I love your Pop Rock one, but going even more Emo would be amazing for all of us millennials who want to remember our angsty teen years while jumping for joy on a rebounder 😁

YES! so looking forward to jump with you.. Now I got myself an idea, that the songs I been practising to sing I will also jump to while learning to sing them by heart and in this way Bounch-Sing as a workout both for the body and lungs! 😃😅 @@Jumpnjacked

Great moves! Do you only do the rebounder to stay in shape or do you also do weight lifting or other exercises not rebounder related? Just curious! Thanks for the work out!
