...I think that the R1 made between 2004 to 2008 was, is, and will always be the sexiest looking super sport bike ever made anywhere in the world 😍😍, a single sided swing arm ( though the stock one also looks super cool) and a 4 pipe under seat TOCE exhaust system would have been an icing on cake. I have never liked all the other generations of the R1. Yamaha should bring this killer look again.

@@Echo4Yankee Your guess is wrong, cross planes from 09 to 14 were not the fastest bikes made, 15 and up yes they got much better, common knowledge, unless you own a 09-14 as everyone thinks there bike is faster :)

Hey man, amazing series. This is the bike that I've been looking for. Cause the 07-08 R1 models are like the only ones that has 4 valves per cyl with flatplane crank right? Like they're the only models with same configuration as the other Japanese bikes. Unlike the 06 and older that has 5 valves/cyl while the 09 and new ones has a crossplane crank. Could you give me more details on where I could possibly spot an 07-08 R1. Thanks man.

Hy Reece, I like your vlogs, episodes, work and everything regarding your bikes. But this bike, it's not your best work of art. I don't like the white wheels in the back, I would make them the same color as the bodywork. And I also don't like the exhaust on the side.. (I'm more of a fan of the underseat exhaust) That's it. Why don't you ever completely finish off a build instead you jump around bikes because of that views(me for example) lose continuity...My suggestion is you do one bike at a time..do some pre-planning and get all the parts ready for a whole build and make it into parts..
