Rebuilding a KTM 125 SX Engine Step-by-Step, Part 1: Bottom End & Clutch

After a used and abused '16 KTM 125 SX rolled through the doors of Allan Brown Motorsports, we worked with Allan on a complete Wiseco refresh of the tired 2-stroke engine utilizing a Garage Buddy complete engine rebuild kit, as well as a new Wiseco clutch. During it's previous final running hours, the engine hung a ring and left a nasty gouge in the cylinder. Thankfully, Allan enlisted the crew at ‪@MillennTechnologies‬ who were happy to take on the challenge, bringing the cylinder back to like-new condition. Follow along this first part of the engine rebuild as we reassemble the cases and get the complete bottom half of the engine together.

Did you put the crankshaft bearing in the wrong case side at 2:35? It seams fixed at 3:36 I didnt notice until I went to put transmission in.

The crank shaft bearing are the wrong way around!!!!!
