The pattern you have the stacks placed IE: tall short short tall; determine the rpm range where you see your power gains IE: you may get 1 hp from 4-8k and see a 3hp gain above 9k

Very minor tip - split pins not great to reuse them, they are meant to be consumables. Either buy an R pin or put in a new split pin.

You check the chain tention before you tightened the axel, but when you do tighten, the chain changes the slack and it becomes less than the manual :)

Hi man love the rebuilds I’m also into the rebuilds; one thing that I do is when my forks are of the bike I would send them in for reseal and rebound testing. Sometime they look strait and after a while the tire will worn uneven or seals will start leaking. Pease out brother.

Best way to check the fron fork is to build up the forks completely with the front wheel and then spin the tube in the triple tree. I can imagine them being straight if the frame is that weak.

Inverted shocks are normally firm plus the damage on that Kawasaki ZX10R seemed to be on the intake part which is directly aligned to the sub chassis. That's the section that received most of the impact perhaps the previous owner hit the rear of a truck(maybe,God forbid).

The blinkers might not be working cause you don't have the front ones connected. It was like that on my 80's honda, cause they are wired in series so you need both front and back to complete the circuit. Hope that helps👍

good job brother.. as far as i know, kawasaki are intentionally make the chasis breakable if there is hard enough impact to protect the rider from throwed to the air.. thats why the fork set still useable but the bottom clamp might be bent a bit.. the handle might not straight.. waiting for your next videos..
