Go for it! It’s not really that bad, finding parts might b the tricky bit unless you buy OEM but plenty people break them for parts so hopefully won’t be too hard to find 👍🏻

It wasn’t as good as it appeared on camera unfortunately, but I know where I went wrong so plan to change a few things to get a better result next build 👍🏻. Won’t ever be as good as a proper spray booth, but getting closer lol

With the rebuilds that you do/have done, I would imagine these have been either cat C, D, S or N, and are structurally safe enough to put back on to the roads again, once declared by the DVLA, and also are you a mechanic? I do love the content and the rebuilds, and they are amazing. I've also watched some earlier vids and content about learning minor stuff such as brakes and servicing on my own car and it's certainly helped a lot. Keep up the awesome content as always Dave. Love it

Thank you! So if it’s a Cat C or N, it doesn’t need an MOT after repair, it can go straight back on the road. Cat S cars have to go through an MOT before being allowed back on the road 👍🏻 No, not a mechanic, just a hobby 😃👍🏻

I just used a tree stump ratchet lol, not exactly “professional” but did the job nicely 👍🏻 When you say long jack, do you mean the ramps I use to put the car in the air? If so they are by a company called quick jacks😃

@@isaacbrock00 in the UK, insurance companies need to repair back to OEM by law, assume by your profile photo your from 🇨🇦 so not really sure what the laws are, but hopefully they r the same! Finding parts was pretty tricky tho

Yeah was a nice car when it was done! Just a shame it didn’t have a more powerful engine! Would have really benefitted from a gc8 wrx turbo engine or similar 👍🏻 Good fun for skidding around tho as it’s rear wheel drive lol
