Can you do a focus on repairing a blown air bag seat? I am struggling with the best way to sew it up. What kind of thread do you use that will safely tear with an airbag deployment? What about using glue and a patch to just glue it back together? That would be simpler. My vehicle is a VW that has vinyl seats in which the tear was between 2 seams on the front passenger seat.

Call around ur place to upholstery shop and ask them that's what we do

@@NikoBrothers My budget is tight so I need to do it myself. A couple of shops near me in Cleveland would not give me an advice about this as they say that most manufactures strongly "prohibit" resewing a specially designed airbag seat and they are afraid to do it for me. I have found that a #60 upholstery nylon thread is okay and has the strength and also can break if need be. Just it takes forever to get one of those rounded needles and do 100s of cross stitches.

Guys I am new to your channel. But I would like to give you some advice. Invest in a spot weld drill bit it’s far easier to drill factory welds. Also less a problem with sparks flying everywhere.

I have 2004 Fiat Scudo. It had problems with motor when I bought it and I get my finger's cord cut with it's door handle. Inspection did not go thru in summer (2019) and list was big what to fix. I had no place where do it in so I did what I can in outside (like brakes ) but time end so I did sell it. Afternoon dude comes with truck and van is up there and takes money back. Dam motor over heat in freeway even I did say that dam fan is not work. Dam idiot had drive it over so heat was come over +70c. Then it did not start even with good battery and I had pull it to new apartment. I love to have space to fix car and do this kind of things what you bros do :)
