Rebuilding gearbox for Bukh DV10 that would get stuck in gear - EranthisProjects EP 1

In the summer of 2022, I purchased an iconic Danish sailboat, the Naver 29. It was from the 80s and in poor condition when I acquired it. Therefore, I spent a year restoring its exterior. This involved addressing fiberglass osmosis, repairing the gelcoat, fixing the gearbox, rebuilding all halyards and cables in the mast, as well as lanterns, and much more. In the summer of 2023, she returned to the water at Roskilde Harbor on the island of Zealand in Denmark. I currently live on board Eranthis.
In this episode, the gearbox of a Bukh DV10 will be disassembled, cleaned, and reassembled-all because it got stuck in gear. The clutch itself had minor superficial damages, which could be carefully sanded away. Additionally, the adjustment pins were stuck due to rust, and they were replaced with new ones. But with some fresh oil, the gearbox started working perfectly again.
Even though Eranthis is in the water, there is still much work to be done on board.
