How much is your estimate for HP and torque for the new motor ?

I should imagine 1,300whp

The bottom end will be capable of 1,200+whp but it won't ever see that (would need a bigger, laggier turbo). My current turbo is rated up to 850whp which is plenty fast for me and already overkill for the street I think. Also, the R154 transmission can't handle beyond 800whp.
