I ended up going with a Tuff Stuff 6183B. They have a TON of Saginaw style pumps. I just found the one with the return oriented the way I needed it. If you want a direct replacement, and you have a Cadillac, Caddy Daddy has pretty much everything. Little pricier, but they've gotten me out of some binds in the past.

How did you put the pulley back on the power steering pump?

It’s keyed, so it just slid on and was held with the nut. The key kept it in place. Some are pressed on though, but it’s not bad to get it on with the nut.

So just slid it on and tighten the nut on the end. I have a 1969 cadillac I''m trying to do it on but wondering if it's pressed on or just slide it on.

@@wazahh1 if the pump shaft has a slot in it that matches up with the pulley, then it’s keyed and should just slide on. You’ll need the key though. Otherwise, it’s a press on.

This one is keyed, so it just slides on and then is held on with a nut. Some are press on, and you have to get a kit. You can rent them from an auto parts store or I got mine at harbor freight for like $15.
